Incredible customer service. Staff isvery helpful and knowledgeable about the types ofpaint and items they sell. They knew exactly how tohelp meeven though all Ihad anidea ofwas what color might begood. The quality ofthe paint isexcellent. Even though itcosts more than other brands, it's well worth itfor the color and long lasting product.

Was “helped” byjohn. Heobviously has issues and isn't really polite orhelpful… tarnishing sherwin Williams reputation ashelpful and knowledgeable… heseems tobe ina position ofsupervision sohopefully his tenure will beshort, somore professional individual can stepup!!!!!

Have always loved shopping here. Never had aproblem. Now you have todo everything outside onthe sidewalk which Itotally understandBUT.....my gallon ofmixed paint was not stirred, brought ithome tostart painting and opened itup towhite paint with dribbles ofcolor init. Just check because Idid ask ifit was stirred and hesaidyes.
